Having a baby brings about all kinds of changes – physical, emotional, mental, social, and even spiritual. It’s easy to lose yourself in these changes and your new role as mom. This free community-based program was developed to support the diverse needs of moms; creating a non-judgmental, safe and accessible space for peer to peer discussion with some facilitator guidance to engage in conversations that acknowledge the challenges experienced in motherhood.
